By creating an account or using BuildVision AI services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
BuildVision AI provides AI-powered architectural design, floor plan generation, 3D modeling, contract templates, digital signature services, and related construction document tools ("Services"). Services are provided on an as-is, as-available basis.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
Content you create using BuildVision AI belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content to provide the Services. BuildVision AI, its logos, and platform technology are our proprietary property.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to: reverse engineering, unauthorized access, distributing malware, or using the platform for illegal activities.
AI-generated designs, plans, and documents are for informational purposes. All architectural plans should be reviewed by a licensed professional before construction. Contract templates should be reviewed by a licensed attorney. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUILDVISION AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
